I'm so tired of dieting. I'd like to just turn that part of my brain off, but I can't. History shows me that when I turn that off, I gain weight. Pre-blog days, feeling this way would lead to quitting, so I have to thank you all for helping me stay motivated.
today: ate 25, exercised 5, flex left 10.

I'm just getting out of a "I'm sick of dieting phase" - cost be 4 lbs. Luckily is was only for 2 weeks and in two days I'm down 2 lbs (dang that sodium!).
I hope that you have better luck than I did!
Don't quit. You're struggling because you just got back from vacation and it's the holidays. (It's like returning to school after summer break.) And there are tons of healthy foods that you love, like Greek yogurt! Take a picture of yourself and compare it to an older photo. Look at the progress you've made. You've done a great job. Hang in there. (and just think this January you won't have to make a new year's resolution to finally lose those extra pounds!)

We've all been there Bri~ it is the sole reason why my weight has roller-coastered all these years.
