Whoops!

Uh, whoopsy. I kinda ate a lot today (starting at 4am when I woke up hungry and couldn't sleep). And I've been feeling off since Sunday so I didn't make it on the old treadmill. Whoops. Ate 27, exercised 0, flex left 16.

We all have those days where we just have to eat something every ten minutes! It's ok and the fact that you even have FP's left is amazing! You're doing better than you think!

At least you stayed accountable and took the points from your flex points. That's what they are there for right??
